About Allison

Allison Templin is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Though still a Tar Heel at heart, it was her love of the San Juan Mountains that inspired her to make Telluride home 28 years ago. She began her real estate career with Telluride Properties in 2002 and has since become one of the region’s most respected and experienced brokers.

Known for her calm, thoughtful approach and strong communication skills, Allison excels at navigating complex transactions with discretion and professionalism. Her clients rely on her steady guidance throughout the buying or selling process. Their continued loyalty and frequent referrals are a testament to the trust she consistently earns. She is highly regarded by colleagues for her integrity, in-depth market knowledge, approachable demeanor, and reliable track record of successful closings.
Allison is married to Telluride native and builder Matt Templin. Together, they’re raising their two children, Cate Grace and Walker, surrounded by the mountains and trails they love. Outside of work, you’ll often find her skiing, hiking, or enjoying time outdoors with family and friends.

In 2024, she was named the Telluride Association of Realtors Community Realtor of the Year. A longtime advocate for youth and outdoor education, she is a former seven-year board member and two-term board president of Telluride Academy. She continues to volunteer her time and remains an active supporter of local nonprofits and community events.
